Confident Children out of Conflict

The Confident Children of conflict are children (girls), who for one reason or another, have found themselves on the streets of Juba with no home.

Cathy saw the need and has subsequently taken these girls into her life to care for them as much as she is able. Through the CCC, the girls are able to attend school and learn basic life skills. They are a part of a choir and as you can see, are full of life despite the lot life has thrown them.

The girls came to a birthday party last weekend, where the hosts were raising funds to support CCC. Sadly though, after the party, the girls were taken back to their neighborhood and headed back to the streets to find a place to sleep.

Cathy is desperately trying to raise money to build a home for these girls. If you are interested in supporting a project in Southern Sudan, this is a fantastically worthy cause!

I'm coming home (to Boston) on March 19th - If you are interested in helping Cathy build a home for the girls of CCC, please let me know and I'll facilitate getting the funds back to Juba.
